Simply a delightful light roast. With its small, dense beans, this dry process coffee has a very light and delicate body to it, and almost no bitterness. Coupled with a fruity aroma and a dash of acidity, it strongly reminds me of a glass of iced black tea with a little bit of lemon. These qualities make for a lovely, easy-drinking cup. But be warned, behind the unassuming flavor profile, these beans pack a wallop of caffeine, sure to keep you going throughout your busiest days.
