Hecate's Favor
Hecate's Favor
A single origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, roasted light to bring out the bright floral and fruity flavors of this particular varietal. This roast has a lovely scent that reminds me of jasmine, and acidity balanced by its natural sweetness, much like wild blackberries, or ruby grapefruit. I enjoy this roast the most when brewed as drip or pour over, and taken black to really highlight the flavor profile, but the acidity and body stand up well if you prefer milk and sugar.
